MRS V® provides coaching services to facilitate coaching by clients who have retained MRS V® for coaching services only. The opinions expressed on this website are those of MRS V® except for posts by third parties or clients. MRS V® is not responsible for, nor accepts any liability in respect of, the accuracy of the information contained in any post, or the improper application of such information. By entering a post, you represent and acknowledge that you have read, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which apply to the use of, and access to, this MRS V® website.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF OUR TERMS

1. i) MRS V® website (“MRS V®”) which term shall include “TCA Brand and Marketing Company Pty Ltd” trading as MRS V®) is owned and operated by TCA Brand and Marketing Company Pty Limited (ACN 159216001) (“MRS V®”). Your use of MRS V® and its facilities is subject to your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices, and disclaimers contained in this website page and elsewhere on MRS V® (known collectively as “Terms and Conditions”). You acknowledge that your use of, and/or access to MRS V® website (free or paid) constitutes your agreement to the Terms and Conditions in consideration for MRS V® facilities accessed by you however if you do not acknowledge this agreement, please exit MRS V® website now and/or close your subscriptions. By continuing to use or subscribe to the newsletter, free or paid subscriptions, you are in fact agreeing agree to all the Terms and Conditions laid out herewith.

(ii) Where anyone uploads their profile to be listed on MRS V® that party agrees to have 1 authentic client review uploaded to that party’s profile listings in the first month and that party will endeavour to have at least 3 listings uploaded in the first year.

(iii) the party uploading a profile also acknowledges that if that party breaches any of these terms and condition on the Coach web site or that party receives 3 or more 1 or 2 star reviews then MRS V® reserves the right to cancel that party’s subscription at any time in the absolute discretion of MRS V® (whose decision shall be final) and in such event MRS V® shall have no further obligation to that party and that party shall have no claim upon MRS V®.

(iv) Any party uploading profiles agrees to not resubmit a new profile unless that party has 3 or more 3-Star reviews to upload in the first month of resubscribing.

1. CHANGING THE TERMS

MRS V® reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time so that your visits to or access to MRS V® shall be subject to those terms and conditions existing at the time of each visit. Since you are bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should periodically refer to them in this document and elsewhere on MRS V® website. MRS V® reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions to guest or paid Subscriptions and all who use our site in any capacity need to refer to any such changes and is your responsibility to regularly check the Website to determine if there have been changes to these Terms of Service and to review such changes. Once there is a change a new agreement is constituted upon your next site visit to the site upon the new varied terms and conditions.

1. USE OF WEBSITE for VISITORS, GUESTS, and PAID SUBSCRIBERS

MRS V® allows visitors, guests, and subscribers (free and paid) to browse our content which includes coach profiles, coach events and courses and all information provided by the coach and/or organisation and/or business when signing up for a free or paid subscription. While information is submitted for approval by us, MRS V® takes no responsibility for any errors or incorrect information in content that is written such as names, titles, descriptions, education, credentials references, industry, categories or coaching styles, or imagery such as photographs, drawings, graphics, logos or trademarks or contact information/details such as phone, emails, addresses logos, claims, social media accounts, including details associated with organisations, business or coach listings including or account owner profiles.

Trademarks or copyrighted material may appear on this MRS V® website from time to time. Nothing displayed on this website should be taken as granting any licence or rights of use of any logo, masthead or trademark displayed on a website without the express written permission of the relevant owner.

This website may contain posts, surveys or other facilities which are provided for feedback by users of MRS V®, real-time interaction between users (including individuals referred to as guests, clients, or coaches) and other electronic messaging and notice services (“Online Facilities” including inbox messaging).

It is a condition of your use of any Online Facility and your access to MRS V® website that you do not do any of the following:

(i) restrict or inhibit any other user from using or enjoying any post, chat or forum;

(ii) impersonate any person, company, association, organisation, government, body, or entity

1. COACH FILTERING, REFERRALS OR MATCHING

MRS V® offers the visitor, guest, coach, business, or organisation the ability to search through various filters in order to find a suitable match and this function is provided as a service to provide the most accurate information to the visitor and in no way reflects MRS V® views, advice or guidance which is the responsibility of the independent coach, organisation or business to provide correctly. We also only provide referrals and coach matching services to free or paid subscribers in accordance with the to the information we are provided and in no way are responsible for the advice, performance or actions of the coach being referred to or any coach referred indirectly by any third party (whether a coach or not). We are also not responsible for any person or business wanting to find a coach where the referred coach does not perform adequately or is otherwise unresponsive.
